Flemish cuisine and homemade recipes

Behind the stoves, simplicity of homemade local recipes, with fresh products as a base. Our hand-peeled fries alone are worth the detour (the potatoes didn't make such a big one, since they come from our neighbor the farmer!)

A menu with typical Flemish takeaway dishes, such as Carbonnade or Potjevleesch which are the must-haves of the house, but also burgers (possible for vegetarians), roast chicken, snacks...

(and this accompanied by a moderate Flemish beer, such as Boeschèpe Bier or a beer from 3Monts, this is even better).

Watch your eyes in front of the maroilles flamiche or, for the dieters, the leeks. The homemade terrine, for our unconditional carnivores, is also a hit with the taste buds.
